This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Prices and unit

Prices are displayed in euros, without VAT under the French small-business VAT exemption (« franchise en base »). The unit of consumption is the character of the normalised text (spaces and punctuation included). Credits are only debited when an audio file is actually produced and saved.

2. Offers

• Pack: one-off payment, credits valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits not used by expiry are lost.
• Subscription: monthly payment, credits renewed at each billing period and not carried over from one period to the next. Cancellable at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Credits closest to expiry are consumed first.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. VAT not applicable, art. L. 223-3 of the French Code des impositions sur les biens et services (CIBS). An invoice is issued for each payment and is available in the billing portal.

4. Right of withdrawal

4.1 Pack (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium)

In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun after the consumer's express prior consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. At the time of payment, the buyer expressly requests immediate performance (credits made available) and acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal. This is repeated in the confirmation e-mail.

4.2 Subscription (provision of services)

The buyer may request immediate performance of the service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. If they exercise this right within that period, they owe an amount proportional to the service provided up to the communication of their decision (credits consumed).

5. Refunds

Apart from the cases provided for by law, credits are refundable only in the event of a technical failure attributable to the Service: the credits are then automatically re-credited. Any complaint should be sent to contact@aivalue.example.

6. Consumer mediation

In the event of an unresolved dispute, the consumer may use, free of charge, the following consumer mediator: [MEDIATOR TO BE APPOINTED — name, address, website]. European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
