Data processed and purposes

  • Account: e-mail address, Google identifier where applicable, date of acceptance of the Terms of Use — performance of the contract.
  • Submitted texts: sent to the speech-synthesis engine to produce the audio, then not retained by us (only a technical fingerprint is stored) — performance of the contract.
  • Generated audio: kept for 90 days in your history (24 h for the trial without an account) — performance of the contract.
  • Payment: Stripe customer identifier, purchase history; card data is processed by Stripe only — performance of the contract and accounting obligations.
  • Technical logs and audience measurement: IP address (as a fingerprint for the free trial), browser, pages viewed, usage events (trial, sign-up, purchase, download) — legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, service improvement).

Processors and transfers

  • Supabase (database, authentication, files) — European Union.
  • Vercel (application hosting) — European Union; US company, standard contractual clauses.
  • Stripe (payment) — European Union / United States, standard contractual clauses.
  • Mistral AI (speech synthesis) — France. Texts are sent for processing and are not used to train models (commercial account).
  • Resend (transactional e-mails) — United States, standard contractual clauses.
  • Plausible (cookie-free audience measurement) — European Union.

Retention periods

  • Account: until deleted by the user, or after 3 years of inactivity.
  • Audio: 90 days. Texts: not retained.
  • Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation).
  • Technical logs: 12 months.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection: from the Account area (JSON export, deletion) or by e-mail. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
